Returns & Exchanges

At Barrier Healthcare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any existing delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your return within 5-7 business days of receipt.
